Join myself and the lovely Michelle Lowe for our first circle back for 2023.
If you joined our last sound circle with Michelle you will know how magical it is!
This time we will incorporate sound with a drum release, partner journaling and focusing on releasing something we are holding onto and bringing that something in for the year ahead.
